I found this website which shows a project that I thought looked pretty cool. From what I gathered, they made this whole structure out of a bunch of hexagons arranged in different shapes. The final result is pretty big and impressive.
This is pretty amazing. I would be surprised if no one had ever made that structure before, but good for them for doing it! It is definitely impressive.
I thought that this site was interesting. It was really visually pleasing the way they put together those pieces. If you think about it each one of them could be a 3 dimensional tescilation.
