Now he uses applications such as Ultra Fractal and Apophysis. A 8.5 x 11 print sells for $75!

It is strange that this is fractal art, since it doesn't look like anything we have viewed in class. I see that it was computer/ mathematically generated but it looks like a completely different thing. It is funny that Hammel went from being a writer to an artist because of a photoshop tool.
